  All funds are managed with rigor and accountability (art. 15).

• Dual signature

  Mandatory signature of the National Federal President and the Treasurer.

• Auditors

  A board dedicated to auditing the association's accounts.

• Controlled agreements

  No agreement signed in Kinshasa without written authorization from New York headquarters (art. 13).

"EDV applies a zero-tolerance policy in the management of funds. All funds must be managed with rigor and accountability. The dual signature of the National Federal President and the Treasurer is mandatory."
